Since we don't all know each other personally, I figured this thread would be nice, make the forum a bit more personal + intimate

Is that you in the new little pic on the left side of your comment window?! I'll do, but maybe in my blog first (where you already can find a small pic of me somewhere in Russia). And I guess, you can use tinypic but not the scr code but the code to include a pic here?!

I use Photobucket. Flickr is cool, too. The img tag works fine, or a link to the picture

How about some detailed instructions for us HTML illiterate? Doesn't the picture have to be hosted somewhere or can it be downloaded to the forum?
By the way - what is that picture next to your name?? Looks like an album cover, but too small to read. I miss the penguin! ;D Just kidding!

It is an album cover, of John Frusciante's upcoming "DC EP". You'll have to host the photos, www.photobucket.com is good. Just put a link to the images on a post, if you don't know how to make it show up in here, and I'll do it for you

EDIT: Pic # 3. From August. I could look healthier but what the heck.... I sit about 20 metres from my home away. The river is called Ammer. Sorry for the quality but I don't have a digital cam yet. I needed to scan the pic and resize it 3 times....I'm not enthousiastic about Paint. But well, here it goes.... Ah well, honestly, I didn't expect anyone posting.... except for the one who originally had the idea + already showed himself in his blog.... Hey, Adam! What about your pic??P.S. At least somebody could say that you like my T....

Okay, I play puto conazo........ Victor -- above you can get an idea of the view where I live. My house is right next to the pic, about 20 steps away. About Murnau, I add some info in my blog. So, that's me. Then we have pics of our sexy admin in his blog and Kiyomi is introducing her "gang" in her blog. A pic of Luz you can find in her blog and a pic of Josie you can find in my blog (not very good to see that woman, guess which pic I mean, ). Shall I post the urls? [evil grin] P.S. oh, and Josie's pic was NOT taken by me!!

Wow Boris - you live right by the river?! Very nice! OK, here goes with my picture. But you better look at it quick because it might not be here tomorrow! ;D Hey, if I'm brave enough to show that face in public then how about the rest of you?!

Thanks! Funny how you took the pic! Don't take it away! ;D My river. Pfffff... the one thing I missed most before returning home last year after nearly 9 years in own appartements in several cities was having the possibility just going for a walk along the river in the evening. Especially in autumn evenings when it's fresh and misty and rainy most of the time.... Of course I have other stories to tell taking place in different seasons but now and here is not the time and the place. The river caused us flood desasters too. Not like in Florida or in Bangladesh but enough for a lifetime. The wall I'm sitting on is brandnew built, finished in August. It was nicer before but it's meant to protect, of course.... I love the feeling of just walking down there anyway, I go jogging in that direction and when I go to the baker to get fresh bread in the very early morning, I take the bridge you can see and which people call rialto bridge... Oh, and Victor, I always wanted to say that living in Colorado Springs sounds like a blast too! Isn't it?

It's actually a rather big picture, just click on it to zoom in, and move around a bit.

I can confirm that this is Josie and have to point out that it's for me too the first time I see her in that way. Wow!! All Josie and I did was having coversations in German. I even neglected the beautiful Beatriz.... ah, I can't stop mentioning this. Anyway, when I look at this Flamenco dancer, I ask myself if I did the wrong thing only meeting you at Escuela Oficial de Idiomas!!! ;D
