I start to get interested in Gerardo Nunez' albums. Can anybody tell me anything about him?
Plus: is there a difference between Nuevo Flamenco and Nouveau Flamenco? Or is it just the vocabulary? James Bobchak calls his music Nuevo Flamenco but is a true follower of OL. But then you have some artists like Nunez and a strong movement in Spain which is called Nuevo Flamenco but doesn't include OL. So is Nuevo maybe every attempt to bring Flamenco further, no matter in what direction, be it hiphop, lounge, techno, nouveau flamenco, whatever?

Nuevo flamenco, possibly, is more "Spanish-y" than nouveau flamenco, I think, when comparing OL's music to, say, Jesse Cook or Strunz + Farah...I'll post on them now.

A few days ago, I saw him in TV. More jazzy it was compared with our OL. Nunez playing Flamenco guitar not as melodic as Ottmar though.
