Hello, I am having diffuculty accessing the Listening Lounge using a PC. Using my Mac is fine, but the PC times out and SSRI will not even open. Any others with this problem? Thanks, Vincent

The problem is not related to the LL--I've accessed it on both Windows and Linux from multiple machines with no problem. Check your browser settings, internet connection settings, firewall, etc. Do other pages using javascript work for you?

I have a dumb question regarding the Listening Lounge. What's the difference between songs you can liste to and the songs you buy? I've listened to a song then go and buy it/download and can't find it on ITunes. The only song I see is the one I listened too. Are the minutes longer on songs you buy?

The ones you can click "Listen" to listen to are just previews. So you'll have the full song but the quality is not so great. Once you buy it, you download the good-quality file to your computer. In iTunes, under the "File" menu there should be an option to import files or a folder or something. Just choose wherever you save the files from the LL and all should be good
